When I first joined Second Life over 10 years ago now, it didn't take me long to swap the base Avatar for a new one, just 3 days in fact.

The Old Intrusive was created from, back then the go to store for fashion and skins Redgrave's and was the Redgrave CRUZ Body & Skin.

They sold the best there was back in the day and my old shape and skin was $7500L even back then, so don't moan about the the prices asked for MESH now lol....Oh boy did I moan at the cost.

The new me is a mix of lots of stuff, that at first was truly daunting to play with.  It's not easy doing the swap over trust me. To be fair the Old Me looked like a mesh skin and lots commented on how good it did look for Old School SL. But as mentioned for $7500L I would expect it to look good.

But it had to go.....I needed to MESH UP for sure.....I just hated looking at my old straight fingered hands and truly awful bad textured feet...OMG the feet. The change over was a sad day lol, I still have the old me, he'll never leave me. He's in there somewhere I know.

This DJ is now made up of several, expensive, very expensive parts. The head is from CATWA and it's the Daniel head with a STRAY DOG skin called Mirco.

The body is GIANNI with the Tone 5 skin again from STRAY DOGS. If you're about to MESH up always buy the head and body skin from the same store, which ever that store may be. Just do what I did and grab all the demo's and play with them all.

Everyone I know told me to go with the Lelutka head not CATWA as the male CATWA heads were nowhere as good as the female ones.  Did I listen.....erm NO. So I had neck join issues that bothered me at first but after awhile, and seeing other with the same issue, I just covered it with tattoo.

I'd like to thank a good SL Friend of mine Enchante for the  the body and shape help she gave me by taking me to all the places I needed to go, and she took me to lots. And also JUNI for keeping my fashion trends on track chasing me around ACCESS & UBER and alike and for pointing out the good and the bad with the Saturday 60L Sales.
